Reunion news from Pascale

Hi there everyone

It was lovely - so divine to see everyone and catch up. Believe it or not I left my camera at home (can you handle) but there were about 6 cameras and heaps of photos were taken - so I'm waiting for those to be mailed to you so that you can post them on the blogsite.

The weather was great - so it was fantastic to be at the venue - it has the most magnificent view that looks right over Jhb. Wow.

We had a few surprises with Svetlana, Connie, Heidi and Veronica arriving after dinner - it was amazing cause about an hour earlier, Tina had told me how she was so keen to get into contact with Heidi again (lost contact in 1992) and did I have her details. I vaguely remembered her mailing me to ask me about the venue and then she arrives! It was brilliant.

So all in all 21 of us made it. It was really great to catch up - we had some good laughs - can't wait to see the photos - so hurry up girls. Fascinating to see how everyone's life journey has progressed. It was good (and very sad) to see Tracey - I am so pleased she could make it.

Just to say a big thank you to Melina - re the stunning venue and organising the catering; and Catterina for helping with some of the logistics and for the shopping for the snacks.
