Think short-hand teacher was Mrs Uzvark (spelling - unknown) she had the wig, that I'm sure many tried to pull off.
Shame I remember Maria (who remembered EVERYONES birthday dates) having the epilectic fits. Shame she had it real hard at school.
The teacher that rode the motorbike was lasbian, I think - cannot think of her name.
Miss Burnett (deputy) also school councillor - I remember I used to mess with her head - cos I was sent to her so often.
& Who can forget climbing those huge black gates at school when we left the school to bunk.

Well reading your comments made me think of the lousy teachers we had....the 'lesbian' (which I'm sure no longer politically correct to say) was Miss Van Rooyen afrikaans teacher...funny I saw her once and walked up to her to say hi and she looked at me like I had crawled out of cheese! And oh yes I remember climbing the black gates!! the ones at the back of the school had a curl missing at the top made it easier to get over!!....I remember being bust by 2 cops who thought it very funny that we had done that so they gave us a lift home! Thank God for small miracles my Dad would have skinned me alive had he found out!!
